Cristy is talking about quotas, which are not right, but are NECESSARY in GOVERNMENT JOBS (Like the U.S. Military, Federal Agencies, and Local Police) because of racist and sexist histories. That doesn't mean you hire UNQUALIFiED people, you just don't hire White Males. We have ENOUGH white male police. We have enough white males in the U.S. Military. We have Enough white males in congress, the senate, and the supreme court. We have had enough throughout history. Time for some diversity, equity, and inclusion. Government Jobs (even local government, state government, and Feds) are fundamentally different than private sector jobs. If you don't allow people into the doors, you can't get justice.
